carb cleaning

Hey, since i can feel the warm weather coming soon i thought it would be a good time to clean my carbs. I plan on buying some carb cleaner and soaking them for a while. i been told that the alchohol in the cleaner will dry out and ruin and rubber parts. so my question is where are all the rubber parts located. i dont feel like buying any unneccesary parts due to my stupidity.

i have a 81' kz 550. i dont have the carbs right beside me, but if i remember correctly they are TK.
