Newb sync question

Hello,

I have an 81 kz550. I'm trying to work a few bugs out of it. I pulled the carbs, cleaned and bench synched them, and am currently waiting for my carbtune to arrive.

My question is where do I hook up the manometer?
My honda has vacuum ports on the intake runners where I attach adapters to attach the hoses. I know there is a rubber cap on one port on the #4 carb. Do I remove the rubber lines from the other carbs and attach the manometer there?

I did search, but could not find any detailed responses.
A picture or link to a picture would be very helpful!
