Some 750 heads did have the top idler mounts because they still used KZ650 castings for a while. But me and Larry have worked out a solution. KZ650 head with KZ750 intake valves.

They have the same spacing as the Kaws and they can be had fairly cheap.
Just thought i would throw that is. Roy

I've been working on a couple of 850 Suzukis and the 82 model uses 32mm carbs.

Are they EXACTLY the same spacing or ALMOST the same spacing. I bought a set of GS1150 carbs because I was told the same thing and they wer off by about a quarter inch. Unfortunately Suzuki Is not like Kawasaki where they try to keep things consistant. Are they Mikuni or Kaihins? I know some people like them but I personaly can't stand the Keihin carbs.

Second that one!
The bs34 is supposed to be the carb of choice for the 810 conversion, as I understand it anyway. They are easier to work on than the Mikunis, needles aside.
If I knew what I was doing all the time life wouldn't be any fun.
