IYa ive got a set of lectrons on my dragbike they are the best set of carbs ive ever owned. The smoothbores are on the streetbike. I would like to find a set of RS 34's for it. If its not to much trouble to call him I would really apreciate it.

For additional insight if not already done,
search 33 smoothbore jetting
which returns several very informative earlier threads
on tuning and setup of Mikuni 33 smoothbores.
Good Luck!

Opinions, here, naw...... :woohoo:
If you were to use the search function, you'll find carb jetting postings are abundant. The answer is tricky due to all the variables that change the answer...
Elevation, head porting, head work valves/sizes, head CFM, exhaust/pods, intake manifold conditions, as you have mentioned compressions and top end builds, float height settings etc....
What jets do you presently have installed, what's your performance issues Low-mid-WOT, what's your spark plug conditions, popping/pinging out the exhaust etc...
See, what worked on my engine may not be the BEST on your engine... Sure, they could possibly get you close but spot on, no way.... Then there's the pilot/air screw settings to contend with....
All in all, start with stock jets and work from there or.... as Tek9 recommended, take it to a Dyno/carb tuner and have them set it up dead on for you...
Since this topic was just brought in my jetting project, I compiled for sharing several documents I found interesting and beneficial in learning the art of jetting... Concept pretty much the same for all carbs.
Maybe it will help...

do your 33's have an accelorator pump kit installed. because gerry's do so his pilots and needle heights may not work for you.
