Not sure if this will be any help....

While looking around The GS Resources webiste, I stumbled across a guy who sells o-ring kits for old bikes, but I don't know if he has what you need. Cycle O-rings.com . I've never purchased anything from him, but I'm pretty sure he's legitimate.

HarborFreight & other places sell metric nitrile o-ring kits, but I'd guess that they don't have the needed size.

If you do find a source, try to get Viton o-rings as they are resistant to the reformulated 10% ethanol gasoline.

Greg...have you checked www.kawasaki.com to see if the o-rings are still active...they have much still available, particularly for some of the older carb parts (I ordered two sets of o-rings for both my VM26 carb sets from Kawasaki not too long ago...through Jeff, of course!).

+1 on that!

This place will let you buy single orings and they have some marked by dimension. They don't have a big selection, but might have what you need.

Try McMaster Carr. They have all kinds of O-Rings and information about which ones will suit your needs, and their prices are very reasonable.

Parts Unlimited sells them through dealers.

Part number 2402-0107....$30 for 32 different sizes and a nice case.

I've used these for all kinds of applications. They seem to hold up well with gasoline and oil.

McMaster Carr sells an assortment of metric o-rings in a box for about $20.

I've bought o-rings for my gs750 from cycleorings.com , the kit he sells is for the mikuni CV series of carbs, I believe he also has a kit for VM's. Robert is a straight up guy to deal with.

I needed o-rings when I rebuilt the Keihins on my KZ and ended up using the ones from McMaster Carr.

Robert Barr of cycleorings.com makes his kit from Buna-N O-rings. There are literally hundreds of GS Suzuki guys running around with these O-rings with excellent results. I've bought both Buna-N and viton O-rings from McMaster-Carr in assembling my own O-ring kits including a set for VM29's that a lot of guys have been using with good results. Buna-N is fine although if you plan on keeping your bike forever, I'd go with viton just for that extra piece of mind.
