I found a set of carbs I think are the 29's. They have two fuel inlets and one of them vacuum thinggies on it. What are these?

measure the inside diameter of the outlet of the carb(the side that goes to the intake boot) posting a pix will help alot

Usually a vacuum thingie is for a petcock. This only allows gas to flow if engine is turning over. 2 fuel inlets is quite possible.
