1 & 1/4 turns out works for me to get pretty a pretty stoichiometric mixture.

1-1/4 out is good for a starting point.
Once your bike is good and hot after a ride, turn those screws to the point at which you find highest idle.
It will be slightly rich, which helps prevent overheating while idling at lights and such.
