A little new to the KZ bikes, so I need a little advice

I am rebuilding a set of BS34 carbs that will be fitted to my 82 GPZ1100
Motor is a fresh rebuild
Wiseco 1166
stock head (no porting, just cleaned up the runners)
Nice old Bassani 4-1 w/ Kerker race can
K&N pod filters
GPz cams (which, I guess are supposed to be a bit bigger than stock KZ1000 cams)

Or, I can get a set of 34 flatslides for $300 bucks which are already rebuilt and just need jetted.
Will I see a $300 performance boost if I went this route??

05 Triumph America
77 Suzuki GS750
82 Kawasaki GPz1100 (White Euro clone)

yes they will make a huge difference
