82 kz csr 250 belt carb reaplacement/ issues

Hello, i just got my hands on a 82 csr 250.

I had to replace the CDI box. now i have spark and i can start the bike. but the Carb I just can't seem to get it to idle without coughing, or increasing in idle.

I have cleaned it 10 times. I see no leaks in any boots.

I'm stating to dislike the carb( Keihin).

Anyone have a spare I could get? or Have any Idea of I could swap for another model/brand that would work?.

you still have a plugged passage in your pilot circuit use spray carb cleaner and compressed air and blow everything out real good. what is your fuel or air screws set at.
