jet needle - BS34 Mikuni was created by squints
could someone tell me if the jet needles from this model carb.(BS34) come with adjustable clip positions. My manual says US versions came with one fixed position. That really cant be true!
I was hoping someone could tell me, before I go ripping things apart with only a few more warm days left in the northeast!
and if this is a fixed needle, where can I look for different sizes or adjustable type needles that would fit.

If they are US model carbs they have only one slot.
You can use shims to do the same thing.

Ok, now that I've re-read my manual, and read these posts, this makes sense. I want to richen the mix, raising the needle is what I wanted to do....
is two shims the limit?
thanks all.
