Still boggy off idle after carb synch... was created by The_Raven
Howyadoin,
Today was a very productive day in the garage. I rebuilt my petcock (fixing a nasty fuel leak), synched my carbs, adjusted my idle, replaced my horns, installed a remote brake light transmitter to a device on my helmet, and generally had an awesome time. One weird thing though..
When I had the carb synch gauges and auxiliary fuel tank hooked up, bypassing all the vacuum stuff, the throttle response was excellent. After I reinstalled the normal connections, I still have somewhat poor throttle response off idle. What should I check? Is there a vacuum ignition advance that might have a leak?
Thanks!

We never had all that vacuum stuff up here in Canada and I know nothing about 1000s butI"m sure I've seen a lot of posts where guys have gotten rid of all that stuff. Sure does sound like it's your problem. Do a search here and you will probably find lots of info
