So I am getting my CV34s together OK,but when I go to put the fresh pilot air screws in one of them is not wanting to go in very far.Does anyone know what the tap size is(mm X pitch)for this passageway?I am going to try to find a bottom type tap and try to clean this up(on #3 carb).I might have to do more than one too, because I just noticed that on the first two(after seating them and backing them out 1.25 turns),that on #1 carb-the head of the air screw is about 1-2mm below the passageway, while on #2 carb-the head of the air screw is about 4-5mm below the passageway,so I'm thinking the threads on them are buggered up.I looked inside of the passageways, and they appear to be fairly clean,so this is what I am thinking.Does anyone know this info or have any ideas about this or has anyone had this problem?I am using fresh pilot: screws, springs washers and orings.THANX TO ALL!
