Hi,
This should hopefully be a easily answered couple of questions. The intake boots ( sorry if not right terminology) have a nipple for line and the carbs have nipple.Do I run the intake ones to eachother and the same for the carbs or do i hook the carb line to intake line. I think I have the rest of lines in order . I haven't measured the diameter of carbs and do not see the model number on them, Fuel tank has 2 lines I hooked one to each carb, the overflow vents are hooked up all thats left is the 2 Im not sure of. I just measured the outside dimensions of carbs they are 52.49 mm ( where you would put a air filter) the inner is around 25 mm

The rubber manifold line should have a small rubber boot to seal the opening. That opening is used to synchronize the carbs. It needs to be sealed. The other line I think is for the vent to the carbs and needs to remain open.

What KZ750?

The carb holders connect the carbs to the engine & have the brass ports. Typically, two of the ports are connected to the air injection system tubing (emissions system), and the other two are capped. If the emissions system has been removed, then those two are usually capped as well. The auto parts store sells rubber vacuum caps.

The fuel tank lines. One is probably the fuel line & connects to a tee between the #2 & #3 carbs. The other line is probably smaller & would be a vacuum line for a vacuum actuated petcock (most likely), & should be connected to a vacuum port, probably on one of the carbs. Or maybe one of the carb holder ports.

Here's a pic of manual slide carb with 5th vacuum nipple for petcock and a single fuel line intake tee.

Some carbs have dual fuel intake tees where there are two fuel lines running to carbs.

All vacuum nipples should be capped, except the one which supplies vacuum to a vacuum operated petcock. With a manual petcock (non-vacuum style), all vacuum nipples should be capped.

The vacuum nipples are used for carb syncing and are otherwise capped during normal engine running.

This assumes the emission hoses, if originally so equipped, have been removed.

I probably should have said it is a 1976 KZ750b Twin
.I think the emissions is gone at least i know the airbox is gone. There are 2 carbs and they have total vacuum and fuel lines of 2 ( not including the vent tube) My petcock has 2 lines. I was thinking I would run a fuel line to each carb? I'm sorry if my questions seem silly. I really have no idea about this.I will have many more questions before its all said and done.

I have the 1980 version of your bike.
  The two vacuum nipples on the intake boots(carb holders) are connected together using one hose on mine. I don’t know if it’s correct or, if they should just be capped individually. I do know those ports are used when syncing the carbs. 
   The petcock on mine is a gravity feed petcock with on-off-res and two outlets. Each of the lines goes to a carb inlet. Then your vent/overflow tubes should be routed down over the swing arm.

If you are accessing on an iPhone, you will not be able to see the dates. I suspect it is the same with other phones as well.
