help with jetting kz1000 AND pipe diameter

First I want to say that I have spent for eva looking through the forums and searching for my answer. If you guys know of a link that has the info im looking for that would be cool too.

I found out about this site over a year ago and have just been lurking for some time, gathering info and what not.

My project is a 1977 kz1000. I have been restoring it from the ground up and giving it my own twist on some parts since last fall. I have the vm26's on it. Im running uni individual filters (always loved the foam over k&n) stock headpipes mated to dual megaphones. I dont want to run open megs so im going to put glass wrapped baffles inside. What inner diameter baffle do you think would provide the best all around power for the 4-2 setup.

Now about the jetting. With the pods, exhaust, no airbox and vm26'ss what do you all think my setup should be. I have picked up four 117.5 mains and moved the needle to the third slot from the top. Im not sure where to start at with the pilot jet or the mixture screw. Im running with stock gears. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i use 20 pilots myself in my 26's and 117.5 mains as far as baffle goes can't help you.
