Is one coil's spark plug wires going to cylinders 1&4 and the other set of wires from the other coil going to cylinders 2&3 ?
If you have them like this and she wont work, try switching the green and black wires that are going to the coils. These are the wires coming from the IC Igniter. You may have something reversed here.

Would also remove plugs and visually inspect spark quality, especially #3/4 plugs.
