They know it's kawasaki, but not if its a 650,900 or 1000.
it measures about 28 mm and has a 102,5 main, a needle with only one groove.

I own a gs750 but it's a pain in the a.. to tune this one since it has a fuel pilot under.

I read somewhere at this forum the kawa carb should be a lot better...

My question, can I put the needle of the suzuki in it, put it on the 4th groove and put a 115 main in, (K&N pods)
I understand I need a dynotest run , but I wanna be close with the settings.
I found 2 plastic washers on the needle, 1mm and about 3 mm, which one should go under the clip, or can i loose the washers?

please help, since I almost go mad by take the carbs apart for the 5th time :)

Looks like a Mikuni VM-28. Probably off of a 1000. What do you have on your GS750? Mikuni or Kiehen? Are they CV's?

Check to see if the needles are the right numbers, as the wrong needle won't do any good. My best advise is to put it on and start adjusting the jetting to get it right.

Also, I don't own anything except my little KZ650 so I could be wrong on the carb type. I would suggest searching the VM-26 and VM-28 to see if you can find out which one you have.

While it may fit the GS750 since the carb spacing is the same you may run into some tuning issues. The GS Suzukis used a 2.5 slide cutaway where the Kaws used a 1.5. Depending on what you are using for air filters and exhaust it may or may not make a difference.
