jetting question for 28 mm was created by keith1
i bought a set of 28's off ebay...decent but need a going thru....a set to learn on and use for a bit.....would i jet these like a 26..? #20 pilot mains and 115 mains for my set-up....i bought 3 sets of mains...115, one up and one down.....i m not sure how much of a difference the 2 mm's are going to make at idle and rolling thru as far as jetting...i have 2 sets bowl gaskets and i set tops and some k and l kits ive had hanging around..this stuff is for a 26, but i m guessing they fit 28 of the same period....if they fit, i will be replacing jets, float valves and the pc they reside in,associated o-rings, e-clips, etc....2 cans of carb clean and firing up the compressor...been highlighting the manual and i think i m ready to go....fri/sat should be interesting.....thanks in advance for any tips and suggestions.....keith
