Hello All

Hoping for a little advice regarding my 750.

My bike, an '82 KZ750S (twin), does not seem to want to rev out under load. Naturally I yanked the carb and took a look. Aside from a little dirt, I noticed that a few of the seals / seats were in rough shape. Nothing a carb kit can can't handle.

Unfortunately, none of the Kawasaki dealers I've talked to can get me a kit for the 750 'S'. They can for the other models.

So, my questions.

First, are there any other kit suppliers you know of?

Second, if the carbs are done, are there any other carbs that make for a fairly easy swap?

Third, is it time to go down the Fuel Injection path? (been thinking about it for a while) I know about the Megasquirt option, but are there any other FI setups off of other bikes, or aftermarket setups I should know about?

Thanks in advance

D

try sudco industries or k&l supply or if you are looking for a local option look for a bike shop that uses moto-van or mc distributing as suppliers they are in canada and you will have to go thru a bikeshop as they won't deal direct look for a shop that has older parts guy's as they probably will be familier with what is in the catologues.
