Dell'orto PHB.They can usually be identified by the "rack" on the air filter side. Some sets were made by "Malossi" and usually are pretty expensive.
They are real nice carbs, but hard to find parts for.

31mm., great superbike carbs back in the day. No idle circuit made them almost impossible to use on the street,although I know of a couple of folks who tried .
