Main Jet. Existing size might be okay. Would leave them as is until after resolving petcock and fuel level issues.

Imo the surest method for correct main jet sizing is sparkplug reading immediately after a high speed throttle chop. The ignition is simultaneously cut and clutch lever pulled in while coasting to a stop. The plug reading then shows what's happening inside the combustion chamber at full throttle (where main jet influences fuel mixture ratio.)

This of course presupposes that all other carb related matters are up to snuff, such as ample clean air supply, ample clean fuel supply, correct float levels, slide heights at wfo, PLUS good compression (valve clearances to specs), PLUS a good properly timed spark (all ignition components, coils, wires, plugs, wiring and connectors okay, good fully charged battery, etc.)

As known, even perfect as-new carbs can't compensate for deficiencies in other parts of the system.
