On my '77 kz650, I broke the fuel nipple/fitting (the tee that swivel between carbs), Z1 doesn't carry that part anymore. Does any one know where I can get one? I used crazy glue to put it back together. Is the fuel going to react to the glue?

Z1E lists the fuel pipe for large fours at $15.56.
Am guessing the 650 uses a smaller size.
Good Luck!

According to the parts diagrams the ’77 KZ650 uses part #16046-011 which has been superseded with new part #92005-1010; this part has been discontinued. This part was also used by some KZ1000's but not by the bikes that used part 16046-002 shown in the eBay listing (which is still an active part). I'm guessing the aftermarket brass part may be the only thing available unless you can get a used one from a junk set of carbs. Please let us know how you solve the problem as it could happen to any of us. Ed

I'm rebuilding the carbs for my kz650B3 and the "T" fitting is loose and allows fuel to leak.
Has anyone tried removing the old rubber and replacing it with a stack of O-rings?

A tip from a kind member on here solved your very problem on my 650C2 last spring. My apologies for forgetting who gave me the tip.
What you do is take some standard white teflon tape and put 2-3 wraps around each end of the tee where it fits into the carb body. Do this BEFORE you insert the tee back into the carb body and do NOT remove the rubber from the tee.
This trick fixed my problem and it worked great all last season (~3,000 miles). Whoever gave me the tip mentioned he'd done this to HIS bike 3 years previously and HE still had no leaks.
Strongly recommended fix, IMO.
KZ650C2 Stock/mint. Goes by "Ace".
H2A Built from a genuine basket case. Yes,it's a hot rod.
GT550A Stock/mint. Pleasant stroker.
2006 Bandit 1200S for easy LD rapid transit
Various H2 projects in the wings.
