I need replacement o-rings for the pilot jet tube plug in my Mikuni BS34 CV carbs, but I can't afford to pay for 4 rebuild kits and don't want to pay through the nose at the dealer. Anybody have advice on where to look for fuel resistant o-rings? Hardware stores? HVAC suppliers?

Thanks in advance!

In the last day or two, someone had a thread about o-rings and where to get them, what to use for heat applications, etc. McMaster-Carr has a lot, I think Viton material handles heat and fuel better than Buna rubber. Check in the engine forum...

Viton o rings from an industrial bearing and seal supplier. Good source for steering head and wheel bearings too. Also stainless steel brake lines can be got from industrial hose and hydraulic wholesalers. Good trick to get stuff from industrial wholesalers if they are picky is have a couple of business cards made with a fancy raceshop name of your choice.
