not a good idea think about the vacuam pulling on the slide and how you would be able to close it you need to use a mechanical throttle closing mechanisim.

CV carbs still have a mechanical butterfly throttle. Usually the butterfly pivot is setup so engine vacuum wants to close the throttle.
The slide of a CV is just to reduce the effective size of the carb for lower throttle positions. After about half throttle, the slide should be wide open. Then the only factor is the butterfly throttle.
As for the turbo, I don't know how that would affect the operation of a non-turbo CV carb.

As long as the carb is not pressurized(drawthrough), it should work the same. The only problem I could see is the fact the even after you chop the throttle the impeller still has some momentum, and will continue spinning, but the mechanical butterfly should still be closed.
I wouldn't know if this would cause a problem without trying it.
Pressurizing a CV carb in a blowTHROUGH setup, that I have no idea how it would work, but my first guess would be not well.

CV carbs work very well on blow through setups. In fact I think the factory Yamaha 650 turbo had this arrangement.

Most of the CV carbs do not have a push/pull cable arrangement - just a pull cable. In the event you are under high boost, it is possible for the slide to get 'pinned' by air pressure to the carb body and not return.
I would not run one on any of my bikes. When I bought one of my first turbo bikes, it was the first thing I did - remove the CV carb...

Wouldn't the mechanical butterfly still close the throttle in this case?
