Appears cylinder is not getting fuel. Cleaned all and rebuilt all carbs. All passages seem clear. Any ideas on next direction?

How is compression on that cylinder? Drop the float bowl on #1 and see if there is a clog in a jet or passage. Do you have a fuel filter? And the condition of the tank, rusty?

Check for spark on that sparkplug also.

Removed float, jet is clear. Have good spark and yes have filter. Tank is somewhat rusty but fuel in bowl is clean.
Have not checked compression yet, will do later today.
Thanks.

Checked compresion, 90, 100, 90, 110. They all seem to be reading low. Just did head gasket. Next I guess is valve clearance I assume. Any other ideas?

Check condition of sparkplug ignition lead (Brit speak for high tension lead) and sparkplug cap (they have been known to fail under compression but spark good outside the engine).
