need help with the pilot jets was created by kz750ohio
I finally made it back home after a couple of months working out of state and I am trying to finish the old girl up. I have a 1982 KZ750-LTD 4. The original owner put mikuni carbs off a 1982 GPZ on her. I would like to replace the pilot jets because they are pretty rough looking but I do not know what size they are. I have looked at all 4 and the only number that is somewhat readable is a 0 and thats a maybe. The main jets have 122.5 on them. The bike is pretty much stock with the factory air box. The only upgrades that have been done is the coils upgraded to Dyna coils and I did the coil mod from wiredgeorge.
thanks,
Max

You can go to bike bandit and look under their OEM listings for that year and model for the carbs and they list all the parts.
www.bikebandit.com/houseofmotorcycles/ka...gpz-750-1982/o/m9936
Pilot jet = 37.5
main jets listed: 105 - 115
