Help !!! What size jets to run ?

I have a 1978 kz650 with the 810cc big bore kit and im going to be running 28mm carbs and im not sure what main jets and piolet jets to run. I will also be running k&n pods. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.............

You have to start somewhere.
If they are stock 28s ,from whatever, look them up in the book.

If not , pull ONE apart.

You NEED to know ,,,,
The needle #
The clip slot #
The main jet #
The pilot jet #
And write it down .

Start it up and see how it runs.
It will run.
Its just tuning from there.

PS before you mess with the carbs ,,,,,,
EVERYTHING ELSE has to be perfect or you will just be wasting your time.
