wiredgeorge,

I was not able to get a answer on where to get the # 68 Main and #140 Secondary Jets. None of the shops in my town seem to care or want to help when I ask. one of the old timer mechanics actually laughed when I asked him where I could get these jets and he said "good luck" so I orderd the Dyno Jet kit hoping that those size jets would be part of the kit so I could follow your advice. Trust me the last thing I wanted to do is spend $151.02 on a jet kit.

That's what I thought when I read George's post - you asked where to get them and nobody answered. George doesn't sell the individual parts and I don't know where else to go myself. Hopefully you at least got the parts you needed.

I am sure you can get the secondary Keihin main jets from Z1 Enterprises and could ask them about the primary. I am sorry, I don't sell parts at this time. I would sell the stuff in kit form but the parts are worth less than $25. I guess I could throw in a 1/8" drill bit and a wood screw and charge $150... that would make it worth my while to deal with the small parcels going out.

We do custom rejetting as an additional service for folks who buy carbs from us or have theirs rebuilt and basically charge enough to cover the cost of the jets. I bet I took 50 DJ kits (main jets/jet needles) out in the past year. I always send that stuff back to the customer. I don't want it.

I finally finished the Bike and she runs really good. She fires right up, idles perfect, and is plenty fast here are some pictures.
