Im using a non vaccume petcock. Leaking when petcock is on, any ideas whats going on and how to fix?

Sounds like they are junk. Go ahead and send them to me and I'll even cover shipping. J/K You either have a bad needle and seat or a piece of crud has found it's way onto the seat. Try taking out the plug of the leaking carb, hold a white cloth under the bowl and open the petcock. It might have enough flow to rinse out the chunk of whatever is in there. This has worked a couple of times for me. If it doesn't work you have to pull the carbs off to have a look. Also do you have an in line filter? If not get one.

I have an inline filter allready. Just wondering if it could be a stuck float and could tap on it to set it free?

I fixed it, so it seems. I did exactly what you said. So on my lunch break I went outside pulled the drain plug, turned on petcock for about 15 sec then turned it off. Put plug back in and waited a few min and no more leak!!! Thanks for your help bro!!!

Might want to change the oil, if its running out the pods its running into the motor too, they have no overflows on them
