Ok, I hashed out my goofy rich/lean condition earlier this week (after running out of fuel at 1:30 am; it was a nice surprise) she is still running way lean. The air bleed screws are a 1/4 turn out and she will still pop at steady cruise. I've cleaned everything several times.

What are your opinions on cleaning or slightly enlarging the pilot jet fuel hole with an oxy-torch cleaning tool? Yay? Nay?

I came up dry looking for bigger pilot jets. Mine are stamped 25.

Thanks all.

Z1 Enterprises has the jets. Enter pilot in the search or large round main. Mine was too rich with 22.5's in it, I went to 17.5's and have spare 20's per wiredgeorges advise and it runs great. It has 17.5 pilots & 120 mains right now on a built 1105. The stuff is cheap, I wouldnt try enlarging them, besides I think youre way rich now on the pilots. Of course it would help if you told us what the bike was & mods
