my 80 kz1000b has Mikuni carbs with no id marks that i can find. all the manuals i have show a unit that has throttle cables going in the top verticaly. mine has a shaft going all the way across the 4 units that the round sliders attach to. it goes in the side of the top, the cover is held on with 3 screws. i cannot find out the size or the type for a ring/gasket set. i though these were the original but may be wrong, in the vast world of knowledge out there send smoe my way. thanks russell

Could you post a picture of the carbs? That would help a lot toward identifying them.
