I've check back entries and have concluded the petcock I have is past rebuilding. Stripped screws just don't hold too well. Since Z1 is frequently recommended here I went there and for a 83 550-M1 they have a Suzuki pet cock listed. Will this actually match up or will I have to do some modification to the tank to make it fit?
I was thinking of also replacing the gas lines since it is apart. How much do I need and how challenging is it? Just starting on self repair and don't want to blow myself up:laugh:
