Need a stock air box
11 Jun 2008 16:45
Does anyone have a stock airbox that will fit my 74 Z1 900? I found one on Ebay but the guy must have dropped his marbles along the way to his computer when he posted it (almost $200) If I cannot find a stocker, does anyone know what will work for me?
74 Kawasaki Z1 900
78 Honda CB 750
97 Ford F-150
Mustangs, too many to list on here (I like to rip the pieces of junk apart)
Located in Shelby, N.C.
If life gives you lemons make lemonade, then find someone whos life was given vodka and have a party.

The gas prices seem to have made GOUGING stylish again....
Only about twice what the new one costs from Z1....
Here is how I scour for ol;d parts:
Go to Bike Bandit and get the actual kawi P/N and use it in the Google engine.
Also search by description.
Go to the dismantler sites and see what they have.

An airbox from a '76 KZ900 is different than the '73-75 Z1 units and the KZ had different carbs. Will an air box from a '76 work?
