need help in ky

i have a 81 kz 550 and i am getting rebuild kits from it
i can put it all together but as far as adjusting it im in the dark if there is any one that is around lawrenceburg ky that is willing to help i would bow at your feet !!!!!!!!!

Well unfortunately you're 2-1/2 hours from me or I'd be glad to help you.

I'm sure there are closer members, it might take some time though as this the riding season so not everyone checks in as often.

You could just be sure to set everything to initial set up specs (static sync, air screws all out the same number of turns per the FSM, etc.)then ride it to someones place that can help you sync it and finish setting it up.

thanks for the info its getting pretty hard to look at my bike and not be able to ride it
