Happy (but not really happy, Yet !!)

OK I got my carbs on and the throttle cable installed (knightmare !!)
filled the tank up, attached all the right hoses.
And it started (with full choke on) at the second push of the button
Cool eh (especially for a bike that hasn't benn touched for twenty years.
I can't get a steady idle at the moment, it doesn't seem to want to run without choke on........do i just mess with the idle adjuster on the back of the carbs ?
any ideas
Thanks

Great that she fired.
Yes. I would think you should play with the idle adjuster and see how it goes. If you reach the limit of adjustment and cant still get it to idle without choke then next suggestion would be to clean the carbs. Apologies if this is something you have done already.
Even if you have cleaned the carbs then after 20 year and a cleaning you may need to synch them. In synch carbs will help with idle.
