I need some help here. I added a Vance and hines 4 into 1 header and individaul air pods. After that the bike didn't run right cause its starving for gas and I know I have to rejet it. I ordered a jet kit but needs someones input as which jet size to put in to run right. My bike is a 76 KZ900 LTD stock except exhaust and air pods. Thanks for everones help on my previous issues......

Wired george is the expert, maybe he will chime in.

I'll wager you have to go at least +2 on the mains above stock and at least +1 on the pilots.

I have a kz1000p and was told to use 140 mains and 42 pilots. I realize your bike is a different size but maybe it will give you an idea of what you need

I just "carefully" drilled out my originals. started out with the first bit that was larger and had to redo them to the next size drill bit. A little bit time consumming but I had no access to new ones up north at the cabin.

Problem is that the drill sizes in the small numbered drills skip jet sizes (if you measure the holes and do the math). Next drill up may be two jet sizes up in some cases.

I punched my pilots from 40 to 50 and it ran better. I drilled the original main jets and ruined them.

Hmm. I thought the old pilots were available. Check this place, they have a huge stock of jets:
