"82 GPz750 , o ring on air screws ?

Is there supposed to be air air seal on these adjustment screws ? Curious because idle/small throttle opening is very inconsistent , but runs on all 4 cyls ?

What kind of carbs are you dealing with?

On my BS34 carbs, there ARE o-rings on the screws.

Per Kawasaki.com, here is the 1982 GPZ750 carb, which does show an o-ring.

Thanks for the research . I've been thru most of the bike and can't get it to run right . I'll try these next .

Float levels?
Carb sync?
Air leaking around old rubber boots?

Didn't sync , but did check other things . Also had carbs in ultrasonic tank for a couple hours . I swapped all electrics to known good parts with no change . Compression is good , but I have yet to verify valve lash . Plugs and wires replaced , no change . Next is valve lash and sync'ing . And o-rings .
