kz 750 twin carbs

bike has a constant blue flame smells very sweet almost like racing fuel .is it lean or rich

If not already done, would first assure all ignition components, compression, and valve clearances are up to specs, before addressing the carbs.
Often carbs are erroneously blamed for problems related to ignition or combustion, in which event fiddling with the carbs is counterproductive. Because even perfect carbs cannot compensate for inadequacies in these other areas.
So an honest answer to the original question is, "Maybe neither."

And after that, tell us which kind of carbs. My 750 twin has BS-38 Mikunis, I heard some other twins use BS-34.

bs38 mikuni the plugs are black sutty and electrode is white. afreind told me maybe rich on low in and lean on high in

It ain't your jetting that is causing the bike to "constant blue flame". Suggest you tune the bike starting with valve clearances and ignition timing.

ok will check clearances and timing should i retard it or advance it . i noticed pipes have a glow to them.

Normally, pipes glowing red hot indicates a retarded spark.
But you really should just set it to stock specs.
