EPA cap removal?

I'll be pulling the EPA caps this afternoon to clean out the mixture valves. Is there a preferred (fast) way to do this? I'm guessing drill and easy-out at this point.

Mike, I am not really sure what you are talking about. Not sure what an EPA cap is or a mixture valve. It would also help a lot if you edited your profile to add your bike year/model and your location.

Just guessing... if yer talkin bout the little caps that cover the air mixture screws on the carbs, then be careful when drilling - the screws are just below. JMK.

Yup... thanks.

Under the info typed into the signature is a box. Do not check the box because it deletes the signature info. In other words, leave the box un-checked and click on "Submit" instead of X'ing out of the screen.

Am guessing you've already done this correctly a dozen times, but maybe this will assist someone else having a similar problem. Maybe a Mod will come to the rescue. :)

Thanks:) I didn't check it... the profile just fades away after a short while.
