last time i rode my bike she wouldnt run unless the choke was out fully. ran her a little bit and she backfired and the throttle would cut out with any sort of acceleration.

now it wont start. turns over strong, and wants to go but nothing. the plugs are good.....i dont think its getting enough fuel.

thoughts?

How long has it sat since it ran last?

Has it been getting progressively worse? Or is this a recent sudden thing?

How long, in weeks, had you been using the choke to keep it running?

How is the general condition of the rest of the bike?

How clean is the inside? (tank sediment, oil, spark plug condition, carb ports?

I would purchase a Clymers or Factory Service Manual and perform the tune up. I would do this before attempting to ride the bike on street and also check all safety related items, like cables and brakes, etc. After tuning the bike and checking it thoroughly, I would take on the carburetors which seem to be an issue. I wouldn't put much stock in the "cleaning" that was done. It sounds like the pilot circuit is clogged.
