carb question

I have a 750e 1983 gpz i cleaned the carbs and reinstalled on bike,it will start with full choke but will only run on 1/2choke .there seems to be getting plenty of fuel i opened all the drains and had good flow.Any ideas what would cause this problem?:S

Could be that the cleaning was inadequate. Could be carb adjustments are not correct. Could be jetting is wrong.
