There is 5 places for plugs?? Where does the 5th one go?? Maybe that one is gone too & I don't know it.

Am thinking the 5th one is just a spare.

On my Z1 with oem dual outlet petcock feeding replacement single fuel inlet smoothbores, I use the extra cap on the unused petcock nipple.

Other members may have far better info about this. :)
