Carbs are Keihin CV34s
The fuel inlet is 1/4 inch. I have black 3/16 fuel line for the vacuum line. The overflow nipple is something smaller and over the years I could never quite find black fuel line of the correct size. I tried clear line of various types and it would invariably harden up by the end of the season if not before.

Last week I was in Canadian Tire buying wiper blades for the van when I spotted the very thing - tubing for windsheild washer fluid and it came in a 5/32 internal diameter. Perfect fit. Label says oil resistant so am hopng it works out.
The price was right at approx $3 for 5 feet and I think it looks darn good. Just another little touch on the way towards original...or should I say a slightly modified original.

I think Saunders can buy black hose in bulk in 1/8" ID which is about right for the overflows. Call Z1E and ask. The clear stuff is kind of ugly when it yellows anyway. The windshield wiper hose should work fine... doubt all that much gas is rolling out your overflow hoses so it should hold up OK.
