I kinda think the title has clues...
KZ900LTD, KZ750LTD, KZ650, 72'Triumph Trident

This might also help (click on pic for full size)
1) Large brown hose (center) is main fuel from petcock
2) Two thin lines in top (left and right) are vent hoses which drop down behind side covers.
3) Smaller line to left of main fuel line is vacuum source for fuel petcock.
4) Four thin lines on bottom of carbs are float bowl overflow lines.
5) Nipple on each carb holder are normally capped unless smog device still in service in which two nipples are normally used.

Check out GPz550 forums .
www.nwsca.com/scripts/gpz_forum_2005/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=2
Much is shared with the two bikes . Your carbs are the same as the '81 GPz550 . Search the tech form for a lot of info . I also think that there is a manual that can be downloaded for thr GPz site .
