1327 with RS38s ??? was created by mototom
I had a motor built... 1327cc, 10.25:1, welded crank, APE this, MRE that, ported heads with 38mm intakes/32mm exhaust, .425 lift web cams. The guy had a brand new set of Mikuni RS38s sitting there that I bought for a decent price. Now I'm wondering if I should just hang it up and go through the hassle of selling them and getting RS36s. This is a streetbike. It's not all together yet, but will be soon. I'll probably have it professionally tuned. Are the 38s streetable with this setup or am I dreaming?

id say they should be ok. on the big side but ok. i ran vm34's on my 1135cc last year. they were just about right . if anything a little big. iknow guys that are happy with 36's on there 1200cc motors. i would think 36 would be the right match for the streetwith 1327cc's. but 38 should be fine.i am going to put 34's on my 1327cc, 37.7 intakes, .425 lift.just because that is what i have.
