Slide Diaphram rubbers
28 Feb 2008 22:25
I am rebuilding my BS34s and when I try and get the slide rubbers in the grove they go into, to put my top back on they wont stay where they belong. They act like they shrunk. Is there anything I can use to hold them in place so I can put the tops back on without pinching the Rubber. Thanks for any help.

I use a bit of silicone grease. 'Dielectric grease' in 99 cent pouch at auto parts store.
