sorry the pic not loadin, any way the part in question it the "T" where the fuel goes into the carbs from the tank. I have checked with all the local bike shops and keep getting the same answer, "discontinued", i also called Z1 and they had no solutions either. any ideas on how to fix or where to get it would be great.
thanks

Ok, from your PM I take it that they leak where they enter into the carbs. Several people on here have said that they wrap the ends that go into the carbs with teflon tape for the plumbing area of their local hardware store. The fuel tube of my petcock was loose and weeped a little, I used the teflon on it and it's okey dokey now.
You should be able to find o-rings that fit in the same area of a hardware store or an auto supply store.
Good luck.

go to a good parts store, napa types, they have o ring assortments they can get one that is real close to the right size.
I have heard the teflon tape deal, but I dont trust it, teflon tape is used as a lube to keep the threads from gualding until they are tight enough to seal and fuel at some point is going to get by the tape

yes they leak where they go into the carbs. they have a rubber piece on them that has two o rings that are made in them, but you can't just put o rings on them according to the local bike shop that deals with older bikes like these. try the pic again,
