flat spot

i have a 78 kz 650 kerker 4 into 1 exhaust and pod filters just installed 110 mains and raised the needle to the highest notch and it will idle fine but when i give it any throttle it boggs down and then around 4 grand it picks up and revs just fine i cant tell if im running lean or rich or i have a leak or what but any input should be helpful and also it pops out of number four carb but i have adjusted the timing and it is right on so i don't know what would cause that any ideas would be helpful thanks
