Replacement Carb Diaphragms

Hello all..I have a 77' KZ400 with KEIHIM carbs model number V54B PJ25.

Can anyone tell me where to get replacement diaphragms? Has anyone repaired them? I have only a 3/4" tear in one of them.

The PO of my KZ400 tried to repair it with liquid plastic and it didn't work. I spent months trying to figure out the problem. Fortunately, I was able to get a replacement.
