Hey fellas, I'm a newbie to this board but look forward to gathering lots of advice here.
I just bought myself a '77 KZ750 twin
(This will be my fourth rebuild. I've done a CB 750, an Ironhead, and an XS 650)
that I'd like to build a cafe racer with.
I'm wondering what advice or tech tips you could offer, specifically this carb question:
I'm pondering buying some Mikuni roundslides for this bike (more for reliability than performance).
Are there other carbs you'd recommend, or are the stock Mikunis okay.
FYI, I plan on going without a muffler or baffles. I did so with my XS and it sounded great.
