As Patton posted...be SURE that it's NOT the "T" fittings between the carbs that are leaking.

Yup. I went to Autozone and they carry really thich cork, like almost 1/8", but they didn't have it on the shelf with the other paper and cork... strange. I asked the guy and he said they have some in the back. Sure enough. He didn't know why they don't put it on the shelves.Anybody considered using an old gasket as a template and cutting some new ones from thick cork gasket material? They don't look like they'd be all that difficult. I've done it with outboard carbs before.
